Coriander Chutney
Ingredients:
Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Green chilli – 3 or 4 according to your test
Garlic flakes – 3 peeled
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tab. spoon
Water – as needed for grinding
Method:
Cut the roots off from coriander leaves and wash it properly. In a mixer grinder grind coriander leaves, green chilli and garlic together and make it smooth paste. If needed add little water into it. Add salt and grind one more time. Pour the chutney paste into a bowl and add oil and mix with spoon.
Serve with any snacks or paratha or any kind of rice items.
